DIPOLOG CITY: A free mass wedding for
unmarried couples is scheduled on Feb. 10 at the 2nd Floor of Commercial
Center, Dipolog City Boulevard, this city’s Civil Registrar said.

Miranda encouraged all unwed couples to avail themselves of this free wedding
ceremony dubbed “TWOgether Forever” to be officiated by Mayor Evelyn T. Uy.
The City Government announced only 50
pairs of couples will be wed after submission of all the requirements on or
before Jan. 30.
The unwed couples must be male and
female and at least 18 years of age. If one or both parties are aged between 18
and 21, a parental consent is needed of the party who is below 18 and 21.
If one or both parties are between
21 and 25, the parental advice of the parents of the person below 25 must be
secured, explained Miranda.
A Certificate of No Marriage
(CENOMAR) from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is also required.
Interested parties are advised to
visit the City Registrar’s Office to be able to comply with all the
requirements before the scheduled deadline, Miranda added.
As part of the of the Civil
Registration Month celebration, there will also be a free birth registration to
